A couple of weeks ago, I managed to get tickets online to watch the Youth Olympics. I got grandstand seats to watch the Girls' Football semi-finals yesterday. It was at the Jalan Besar Stadium. We watched the match between Turkey and Chile. It was actually quite exciting. I hadn't expected the teenage girls play like that. I swear some of them had braces on.
Both teams were very competitive and had very close shots on goals. And at the end of the 1st half, The score was tied at 2-2. The 2nd half was very exciting when both teams tried to break the tie. It was only during the added 4 minutes at the end that Chile scored the tie-breaker. What a match. I can imagine how exciting the finals would be.
