Sunway Lagoon

Over the weekend, we took Bryan for a drive up to Sunway Lagoon in Malaysia. We stayed in Sunway Lagoon Hotel and Spa. It's quite a nice hotel. Initially, the room took a while to be prepared even though we arrived at 4pm. But in the end, we got a nice room. With a seperate shower and bath. And even a day bed that Bryan could use. We didn't have to ask for another bed. The view overlooked the lagoon which was really nice too. The only thing was that the hotel was renovating so it got quite noisy in the afternoon with the drilling and hammering.

We spent the mornings in Sunway Lagoon itself. Bryan initially was a bit afraid of sliding down the waterslides too fast but later he found it really fun. We floated down the river for a bit and enjoyed the surf beach as well. The next day, we went to the mini zoo in the lagoon. They had a petting area and Bryan petted the rabbit, guinea pig, tortoise and even a monkey. He also fed the horses and sat on the tortoise.

Bryan also met his aunts, grandaunt, grandpa and great grand parents. His aunts are actually my cousins who are aged 7, 10 and 14. They babysat during dinner. Which brings me to the conclusion that it's best to have a girl first so that she can babysit the next child.
